RZT50 Engine Problem
 

I have an RZT50 with 800 hours. Just had the unit gone over and have mowed a few times with it. My son parked it in the shed and went to use it, but could not get it started. Battery cables and the rest of the starter parts have checked out. The briggs motor is hard to turn for some reason. all the valves are moving as they should. motor has oil at the proper level. Pulled the plugs and the motor spins just fine but when plugs are back in the motor just spins about a half revolution at a time. Any thoughts? There are no noises that we can hear while spinning the motor

Do you have a good battery in it?
